Refunds are available if a child withdraws prior to the second week of the program, with a $25 processing fee; withdrawal after the first week is not subject to a refund; no refunds for missed classes. Payment is required at registration. Class cancellations follow the inclement weather and school closure policy of the school district, and a make-up class may be scheduled if the cancelled class is at least one week before the next program.
