Top Flight Gymnastics offers Pre-Flight Walking for children up to 6 years old, Girls Gymnastics for girls ages 6+, and Boys Gymnastics for boys ages 6+. It also offers Flight Night, Open Gym, Camps, party packages, and invitation-only Developmental Coach and Competitive Coach programs.

- Flight Night — For ages 6+ · Saturday 5:00-9:00 PM, once a month · Kids enjoy gymnastics, obstacle courses, games, tumble track, trampoline, a bounce house, and pizza.
- Open Gym — For ages 6+ · Saturdays 6:00-8:00 PM · Use the facility for free play, make-ups, or practice.
- Camps — Children ages 6 years and older · Camps are organized into circuits with small groups led by professional coaches.
- Party packages — Includes gymnastics play, party celebration space, and a Top Flight T-shirt for the birthday child.

Top Flight Gymnastics was established in 1987 and has served California’s East Bay and surrounding area for more than 30 years. Its mission is to provide a fun and safe environment to allow the children of today to take flight as they become the successful adults of tomorrow.
