Junior Beats is a developmental program for children 5 and under to develop and enhance listening, social, and gross and fine motor skills, and includes Baby Beats for ages 6 months to 3 years with adult and coach assistance, Little Beats for ages 3 to 4, and Big Beats for ages 4 to 5. Open Gym allows children to explore the gym at their own pace, and the open gym program is designed specifically for children with a flexible schedule with numerous times and diverse days. Junior Camps are offered as half-day camps throughout the year.

The tumbling class is for all ages and focuses on tumbling and trampoline, and is for beginners through advanced students whether they are gymnastic tumblers or cheerleaders. NinjaZone classes combine gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle courses where children learn rolls, jumps, kicks, and more, with Little Ninjas for ages 3 to 4, Ninja Juniors for ages 4 to 5, and Ninja Class for ages 6 to 17. Adult classes offer group sessions and individual training for all skill levels, focusing on strength and flexibility through fundamental exercises.

Gymnastics Beat states that its program is based on important values and character-building techniques and describes itself as a positive and inclusive community. The program’s mission is to give a little spark to hundreds of kids who are excited about gymnastics, to help them in that first cartwheel or back-handspring, and to inspire them to work harder and reach further, with the hope that through gymnastics they develop their own purpose and talents to help the world be a little better, kinder, and happier. Gymnastics Beat is celebrating its 22nd anniversary, having started in 2003 with 7 employees and grown under Sam and his team to over 40 employees, and the program has earned dozens of state, regional, and national titles.
