Gymnastics Beat Recreational Classes offers girls gymnastics, Junior Beats, tumbling, Ninja Zone, Open Gym, and Adult Gymnastics. Specific class options include Baby Beats, Little Beats, Big Beats, Junior Beats, Junior Camps, Beginning Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, Advanced Tumbling, Little Ninjas, Ninja Juniors, Ninja Class, an adult class, and a 90-minute recreational acrobatics class. Open Gym allows children to explore the gym at their own pace with a flexible schedule and numerous times and diverse days.

In 2003, Gymnastics Beat started with 7 employees, and Sam and his team have grown it to over 40 employees. The program has been in the valley for 23 years and has earned dozens of state, regional, and national titles. The stated mission is: “Our dream is to give a little spark to the hundreds of kids who are excited about gymnastics. We want to be the ones to help them in that first cartwheel or back-handspring and inspire them to work harder and reach further. We hope that through the sport of gymnastics, they too will develop their own purpose and talents to help this world be a little better, kinder, and happier.”
