About
Fullerton College Biotech Forensic Science Camp has students collect evidence from a mock crime scene. The program also has students use hands-on techniques to process trace evidence, including hair, fibers, and DNA.
• Ages: 14–18 years old
• Schedule: June 1–June 4, during business hours Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00
• Price: Students participating in this camp will attend a free camp
In 2010, the Natural Sciences Division moved into a new science building on the quad at Fullerton College that is fully equipped to support the latest in science instruction in lecture and lab and is composed of over 20 laboratories, including dedicated science computer laboratories. The Natural Sciences Division leadership team includes Angela Henderson, Interim Dean, Division of Natural Sciences, and Antoinette Triefenbach, Administrative Assistant II. The program is part of Fullerton College, which is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Community and Junior Colleges, of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The stated goal of the program is to be the science program of choice for high school and college students in Southern California.
