Longevity Martial Arts Centers offers Black Belt Kids, Kempo Kids, Kempo Teens, and Kempo Adults classes. Black Belt Kids classes focus on movement, imagination, play, listening, following directions, balance, and basic coordination. Kempo Kids classes include Shaolin Kempo techniques, belt rank progression, discipline, and teamwork. Kempo Teens classes cover mental toughness, physical edge, mental resilience, stress management, leadership, responsibility, and athletic conditioning. Kempo Adults classes include functional fitness, stress relief, mental clarity, real self-defense skills, and a supportive community.

Programs

• Beginner Starter Package — Ages 7 and up — Youth, Teens & Adults · $69 · 2 full weeks of unlimited group classes, two private 30-minute lessons, a traditional karate uniform (gi) to keep, and Shaolin Kempo fundamentals taught at the student's exact skill level.
