Longevity Martial Arts Centers offers a Black Belt Kids program for ages 4–6 years, a Kempo Kids program for ages 7–11 years, a Kempo Teens program for ages 12–15 years, and a Kempo Adults program for ages 16 and up. Shaolin Kempo training at this program draws from Shaolin Kung Fu, Kempo Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling, and is tailored to every stage of life. Small class sizes are led by instructors trained in early childhood development.
New students can attend a free 1-day trial class, with no gear needed for the free trial class beyond comfortable athletic clothes. After the free trial, families can choose Starter Packages, which are valid for 2 weeks from the start date and include a traditional karate uniform (gi) to keep. The Preschool & Kinder Startup includes age-appropriate classes for ages 3–6, and the Beginner Starter Package for ages 7 and up includes two private 30-minute lessons and a traditional karate uniform (gi) to keep. There are no hidden fees and no long-term contracts required to get started.
