AYSO Region 59 Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer programs that include a Core Program, All-Star teams, Travel teams, and the First Touch Summer Camp. The region has been awarded Platinum status annually in its regional assessment, with criteria that include volunteer registration and training, additional programs such as VIP, U5, and Extra (U19 and Flex), volunteer-to-player ratios, and budget. Region 59 is associated with five other regions in Los Alamitos (159), Long Beach (114 and 177), Cypress (154), and Cerritos (54), which together make up Area 11E in Southern California’s Section 11. The leadership team includes a Registrar, Kat Trujillo, and a Treasurer, Calvin Wong. Community involvement for the broader American Youth Soccer Organization includes partnerships with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season, Chicago Public Schools, the US Center for Mental Health & Sport, and the Northland Sports Alliance.
