The Riding Coach Camps

The Riding Coach Camps offer horseback riding and trail rides at the north side of Griffith Park. Participants can enjoy these activities in a scenic location, providing a unique experience for those interested in equestrian pursuits.

The Riding Coach began in June of 1987 and is led by Gudrun Armanski and Carol Reynolds. Gudrun Armanski is a graduate of the Bavarian Sports Academy in Munich and holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education from California State University, Los Angeles. Carol Reynolds has an MFA in Art and a Masters in Art Education. The program features instructors with extensive teaching experience, and classes that were initially designed for college students are now available to the public.
