Womack and Bowman - The Loft Youth/Teen Program

Womack and Bowman - The Loft Youth/Teen Program offers Youth/Teen Classes for youth aged 7-12 and teens aged 13-16. Students learn fundamental techniques and foundational skills on Aerial Silks, Hammock, and Trapeze, and the classes are session based with an optional in-studio performance.

• Silks 1 Beginning Aerial Silks — 90-minute beginner level class.
• Silks 1.5 Beginner/Intermediate Aerial Silks — 90-minute intermediate level class.
• Silks 2 Intermediate/Advanced Aerial Silks — 90-minute intermediate and advanced level class.
• Hoop 1 Beginning Aerial Lyra — 90-minute beginner level class.
• Hoop 1.5 Intermediate Aerial Lyra — 90-minute intermediate class.
• Hoop 2 Intermediate/Advanced — 90-minute intermediate/advanced class.
• Dance Trapeze Single Point Trapeze — Students learn trapeze moves mixed with contemporary dance.
• Hammock Intermediate Aerial Hammock — 90-minute aerial hammock class.
• Aerial Straps Mixed Level — 90-minute class focused on technique, artistry, tricks, sequences, and strength building.
• Start Here Introduction to Aerial — 90-minute beginner class for people who have never taken an aerial class before.

About the provider

The Loft was founded in March of 2014 by aerial duo Brett Womack and Rachel Bowman. The studio says it is dedicated to serving and enriching the lives of aerial students who are seeking more than just a fitness class but rather a holistic and artistic experience.

Classes are subject to change. Please check availability. One make-up class permitted per billing cycle, based on availability. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks before the next billing cycle. Brand new students to aerial work are advised to take START HERE prior to Silks 1 or Hoop 1.
