Gliders Gymnastics offers pre-school gymnastics activities, gymnastics, tumbling, Urban Ninja and parkour type activities, spring floor and trampoline training, seasonal clinics, camps, Explore & Play Gym Time, Bootcamp Mondays, Ninja Turtle Fridays with Ninja Courses & Pizza, zipline, birthday parties, obstacle courses, jumping on trampolines, swinging on bars, and climbing. Gliders Gymnastics offers a Junior Academy Program for ages 18 months to 5 years old, and fun recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls from 18 months to 17 years. Monkey classes are parent participation classes that require one adult (18+) per student to be present and actively involved at all times, and only the enrolled child may participate, with no siblings, including babies in carriers, allowed in the class area. Explore & Play Gym Time includes two structured courses and free play, and ages 18 months to 3 years for Explore & Play Gym Time must be accompanied by an adult. The Gymnastics Academy Programs use a progressive fundamental-first learning structure with seven levels of accomplishments and a rotational system that exposes students to bars, beam, floor dance, and tumbling. Urban Ninja classes are offered for boys and girls ages 6 to 17, along with NEW JR URBAN NINJA classes for ages 4 and 5 years old, and the program is always planning special activities such as Day Camps and Holiday Events.
Gliders Gymnastics has a Competition Team known as the Gliders, with over 40 years of success in competitions from local to Olympic and World level, and the Team Program is by invitation only with placement testing available. The preschool gym uses equipment such as balls, hula hoops, balance beams, ladders, trampolines, and floor, and different sizes of trampolines and mats are used for progressive lesson plans. Tumbling skills are noted as taking months of time to learn safely. The facility is also used by cheer squads needing time to practice without concern for space and weather conditions, and there is a new gymnastics studio.
