Gliders Gymnastics offers preschool gymnastics activities, gymnastics, tumbling, ninja classes, Urban Ninja classes, Urban Acrobatics classes, cheer squad practice, and a Tumbling Program. The program also offers Explore and Play Gym Time, Day Camps, Holiday Events, Summer Day Camp with themed days such as Bootcamp Mondays and Ninja Turtle Fridays, Ninja Courses, and themed birthday parties.

Gliders Gymnastics offers a Junior Academy for ages 18 months to 5 years old and Gymnastics Academy programs for ages 6 to 17 years, using a rotational system that exposes students to bars, beam, floor, dance, and tumbling with seven levels of accomplishment. The Urban Ninja Program is available for boys and girls ages 6 to 17, and new Jr. Urban Ninja classes are available for ages 4 and 5. A free trial class is available, and there is an invitation-only Team Program with a placement testing option. Preschool gymnastics equipment includes balls, hula hoops, balance beams, ladders, trampolines, and the floor, and children 18 months to 3 years must be accompanied by an adult in Monkey classes, with one adult age 18 or older actively involved and hands-on throughout the entire Monkey class session; only enrolled children may participate, and siblings who are not enrolled, including babies in carriers, are not permitted in the class area for safety reasons.
Gliders Gymnastics is a family-owned business with over 47 years of industry experience and offers Mobile Classes for Private Schools and City Programs, as well as a partnership with Charter and Home School Programs. The mission of Gliders Gymnastics is to provide a safe and caring environment in which each child knows they have value, to teach respect, confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline, and work ethic, and to help all participants reach their physical and mental fitness goals regardless of ability, from very beginner students to world competitors. Program directors Beth Kline Rybacki and Stephen Rybacki lead the program, with Beth Kline-Rybacki being a 1980 USA Olympian, National Team Coach from 1989 to 2004, Jr. National Elite Coach of the Year in 1999, and Choreographer of the Year in 1995, and Stephen Rybacki being a 2000 US Gymnastics Olympic Coach, 2001 US World Championship Team Coach, 1999–2000 Jr. National Elite Coach of the Year, 1997 National Gymnastics Coach of the Year, 1996 Elite Coaches Association Coach of the Year, and 1996 National USOC Developmental Coach of the Year. The leadership team includes Beth Kline Rybacki and Stephen Rybacki as Program Directors; Stephen and Sara Rybacki as Head Team Coach, Team Coach, and Academy Manager; and staff including Kimmy Gunderson, Jessenia Rojas, Bella Barragan, Destiny Onaka, Trinity Lucero, Monique Jimenez, Eric Bellgardt, Alyssa Brozek, Jacob Grillo, Brianna Cordova, Ashley Diaz, Hunter Heflin, Mia Bella Guerrero, Charles Scuggs, Santiago Montalvo-Onofre, Daniella Millot, Madeline Castellanos, Alayna Fenner, Leiken Morris, Bella Hanna, and Morgan Faranov in various office, team coach, Urban Ninja, Academy, and mobile instructor roles. Gliders competition teams have celebrated over 40 years of success from local competitions to Olympic and World-level events, with numerous USA National team members, World and Olympic team members including medalists, and many participants earning college scholarships, and the program partners with Charter and Home School Programs throughout the San Gabriel Valley, serving Glendora, Covina, West Covina, San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont, Azusa, and Charter Oak.
