Glendora Youth Soccer includes soccer league play and new player assessments. The program holds new player assessments for certain players before they are drafted to a team. Game days and field assignments are listed as coming soon.
• Ages: 5–17 years old
• Schedule: Registration runs in phases from March 1, 2026 through June 15, 2026, with refunds available if requested before July 23, 2026
• Price: March 1–5 Glendora Resident Registration $165; March 6–April 15 Early Bird Registration $165; April 16–May 31 Regular Registration $215; June 1–15 Late Registration $250
Players must be at least 5 years old on 9/1/2026 to participate, and division age is determined by the player’s age on 9/1/2026. Glendora Youth Soccer plans to offer the following divisions in 2026: COED 5, BOYS 6, GIRLS 6, BOYS 7, GIRLS 7, BOYS 8, GIRLS 8, BOYS 9, GIRLS 9, BOYS 10, GIRLS 10, BOYS 11, GIRLS 11, BOYS 12/13, GIRLS 12/13, BOYS 14–17, and GIRLS 14–17. When divisions meet capacity, newly registering players are placed on a wait list, and Glendora Youth Soccer reserves the right to adjust divisions if needed.
New Player Assessments are required for players who are 7 or older and did not play with Glendora Youth Soccer in the Fall 2025 season, and these players must be assessed in order to be drafted to a team. Volunteer coaches and assistant coaches are parents and family members of players, and no experience is necessary for new coaches. For ages 5–7, the GYS Pledge is: “I will listen to my coach, I will follow the rules, I will have fun.” For all other ages, the GYS Pledge is: “We are GYS Soccer Players, We will respect our team, our opponents and officials at all times, We will play fair and work hard, And win or lose, we will always do our best.”
Glendora Youth Soccer is willing to grant refunds if requested prior to the refund deadline of July 23, 2026, and there are no refunds after teams are created. The program shares tips for days of excessive heat, including restricting activities, increasing hydration, preparing early, bringing ample water, wearing sunscreen, and allowing referees to give longer breaks and additional substitutions. During days of excessive heat, it is advised to begin hydrating the morning of or the day before the game, bring ample water, and wear plenty of sunscreen. Families can sponsor a Glendora Youth Soccer athlete in need by sponsoring their 2026 season registration, and the program can be followed on Instagram at @glendorayouthsoccer.
