The Yoga Dance Co. offers aerial yoga, aerial dance, circus arts, strength training, and performance training for children, teens, and adults. Students can take beginner-friendly aerial hammock classes as well as advanced hoop (lyra) and silks classes in a progressive, level-based program. The program uses professionally rigged aerial apparatus that are regularly inspected.

Youth programs focus on confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and body awareness in a supportive, non-competitive environment, while adult programs emphasize strength, mobility, stress relief, and creative expression. Instructors are trained to provide progressive, level-based instruction appropriate for each student, and safety is stated as a top priority. The program serves families throughout Glendora and the surrounding Foothill communities.
