Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast – Ron Estabillo Clubhouse

Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast – Ron Estabillo Clubhouse is part of Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast, which provides places where kids can go after school and during the summer to grow beyond the classroom. The organization offers safe, inclusive spaces and experiences and continually updates and innovates safety policies, programs, and training for Club staff and volunteers designed to protect young people from threats present in society. Through outreach, including sponsored arts and sports programs, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast benefits an additional 4,000 local children each year.

Since the first doors opened in 1966, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast has had a strong reputation for providing safe, educational, and fun programs for local youth between the ages of 6–18. Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast expanded programming in 2023 to include service to children enrolled in TK/Kindergarten programs. The organization serves members in the communities of Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Atascadero, Paso Robles, Creston, and Shandon. Its mission states that Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast supports all youth and teens of every race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, and religion in reaching their full potential. At the Standing With Youth event, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast invited the local community together to highlight important statistics regarding youth in the San Luis Obispo region. According to a Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast alumni statistic, 57% of alumni say the Club saved their life.
