Mindset Martial Arts and Fitness has served the Hayward community since 2009 and has done so for over 15 years. For over 15 years, they have enriched the lives of thousands of men, women, and families across the Bay Area. They ran a non-profit for 10 years that brought martial arts and mindfulness to public schools, positively impacting thousands of young people.
