About
Dance Dynamics Drama Department offers performing arts experiences that include dance, drama, vocal instruction, and acting lessons. Students work with live microphones, theater lighting, and built sets as part of their drama activities. The program uses a licensed curriculum with professional scripts, music, and musical scores.

Dance Dynamics Drama Department was first realized in 2013 with its first production, bringing “Willy Wonka Jr.” to the stage. Other junior drama performances have included “The Wizard of Oz,” “Peter Pan,” “Mary Poppins,” “Shrek, The Musical,” and “Seussical.” The program is licensed with MTI and TAMS-WHITMARK, and drama department students receive the benefit of this licensed curriculum with professional materials.
Dance Dynamics Dance Studios opened in Hesperia in 1991. The Upland studio was formerly Suzanne’s Performing Dance Studio, which opened in 1962 and became Dance Dynamics in 2003. Dance Dynamics Dance Studios are owned and operated by Jeanette and Paul Wheeler and their son, Stephen Jordan, with Jeanette Wheeler serving as Owner/Studio Director and Stephen Jordan as Co-Owner and Senior Instructor. Classes are taught by a motivated, well educated staff of instructors, and most of the teaching staff can be sought out in both studio locations.
Dance Dynamics Drama Department is part of Dance Dynamics Studios, which also offers dance, cheer, acro, and drama classes. The dance studios have produced award winning choreography, and students have won numerous awards. Upland drama students have their own performance with Hesperia students providing stage hands, and Hesperia drama students have their own performance with Upland students providing stage hands, a system that allows students to participate both in front of an audience and behind the scenes.
