Schleeter's Academy of Martial Arts offers Farang Hapkido adult and kids classes, Ninja classes (Farang Hapkido), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and Eskrima Stick Fighting. Classes include realistic self defense techniques such as joint locks, chokes, grappling, sparring, take-downs, weapons, traditional forms, forms, and street fighting/situations, along with age-appropriate games, movement, drills, and activities. The Ninja classes introduce children to martial arts using age-appropriate games, movement, drills, and activities, and focus on balance, coordination, focus, confidence, respect, listening skills, and teamwork.

Schleeter's Academy of Martial Arts was founded by Patrick Schleeter and specializes in the Korean martial art Farang Hapkido, which means “The Art of Coordinated Power.” Upon completion of colored belt training, students may begin to study the parent art Modern Farang Mu Sul, which was founded by Grand Master Michael De Alba of San Francisco. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program operates under the guidance of Professor Carlos Catania and the Spataro Brothers, and the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is for students ages 7 and up. The academy offers classes for both children and adults at convenient times and offers family rates and discounts.
Grand Master Schleeter’s listed qualifications include 10th Dan Hapkido, 9th Dan Combat Tae Kwon Do, 8th Dan Farang Hapkido, 7th Dan Farang Mu Sul, Brown Belt Jiujitsu, Eskrima Stick Fighting, Advanced Catch Wresting Certification, Certified MMA Corner Man, 45 years in martial arts, 40 years teaching experience, Hollister High Teacher of the Year, Monterey Bay Coach of the Year, and Baler Hall of Fame Member. Schleeter's Academy of Martial Arts states that students learn how to protect and defend themselves through grappling, kickboxing, sparring, chokes, joint locks, weapons, and more, and that training there leads to increased discipline and focus, better fitness and flexibility, increased self confidence, and an “edge” in street fighting/situations. Schleeter's Academy has been voted San Benito County's Best Martial Arts School. The academy is a certified vendor for Ocean Grove, Yosemite Valley, and Monarch River Academy.
