Huntington Beach Art Center Youth Classes offers Acrylic Painting, Comedy, Confidence, and Improv, Doodlers Unite! Cartooning & Comic Art, Let’s Make a Short Film!, Playful Artmaking: Parent & Child Studio, SoCa Arts: All in One Dance, SoCa Arts: Beginning K-Pop, SoCa Arts: Princess Ballet, and Wild About Animals: Art Adventures. Activities include children and caregivers exploring art together through stories, movement, and hands-on materials; children learning beginning ballet, jazz, and hip hop; dancers learning choreography inspired by K-Pop boy groups, girl groups, and soloists; and students drawing, painting, and sculpting animals.

• Comedy, Confidence, and Improv — 7-14 yrs · Th, 4-5pm · $201 · Instructor: Off The Beaten Track. Students build characters through improv games and sketch comedy. Parents join a final comedy showcase.
• Doodlers Unite! Cartooning & Comic Art — 7-12 yrs · Tu, 3:30-4:30pm · $165 · Instructor: Heather Soodak. Students design original characters, create imaginative scenes, and tell visual stories using expressive faces, action poses, and mixed media.
• Let’s Make a Short Film! — 7-14 yrs · Th, 5-6pm · $201
• Playful Artmaking: Parent & Child Studio — 2-5 yrs · W, 9-11am · $165 · Instructor: Heather Soodak. Children and caregivers explore art together through stories, movement, and hands-on materials. $20 materials fee due at first class.
• SoCa Arts: All in One Dance — 4-7 yrs · W, 3:15-4pm · $105 · Instructor: SoCa Arts. Children learn beginning ballet, jazz, and hip hop.
• SoCa Arts: Beginning K-Pop — 5-9 yrs · W, 4:55-5:40pm · $105 · Instructor: SoCa Arts. Dancers learn choreography inspired by K-Pop boy groups, girl groups, and soloists. Optional recital if enrolled Sept-Dec.
• SoCa Arts: Princess Ballet — 2.5–4 yrs · W, 4:05–4:50pm · $105
• Wild About Animals: Art Adventures — 7-14 yrs · Tu, 4-5:30pm · $145 · Instructor: Heather Soodak. Students draw, paint, and sculpt animals and explore art styles and techniques inspired by art history. $20 materials fee due at first class.
