About

BrightStar Summer Camp includes field trips, art, group activities, team-building exercises, and free-choice play. Campers take part in creating shows or performances related to the theme of the week, including helping with the set, costumes, invitations, and script, and school-age children perform skits for preschoolers. Activities at the camp also include leadership opportunities, problem-solving, emotional intelligence development, and homework help.

• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Summer program runs June 16, 2025, through August 22, 2025, with business hours Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Price: Summer registration is $75.00 and includes a one-week vacation; an annual, non-refundable registration fee of $175 is required to secure a child’s spot, and enrollment fees include a registration fee and a security deposit equal to one week’s tuition, with tuition due every Monday or the first day of the child’s week if part-time

Field trips are held on Wednesdays each week, parents are required to sign a weekly permission slip for each field trip, and a green BLC shirt must be worn on all field trips unless otherwise specified, with field trip prices included in weekly tuition fees. The camp offers flexible schedules, and no appointment is necessary for tours during office hours, which run Monday–Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Activities at BrightStar Learning Center are described as creative, educational, and fun, and the camp promotes learning and skill-building in a real-world atmosphere, with camp leaders recognizing each child’s unique contribution and helping students develop positive peer relationships and strengthen self-esteem.
