FC Premier Youth Soccer offers a Youth Academy, competitive teams, league play, and tournament registration. The program also includes FC Premier Women, who compete in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL), a national amateur league that aligns with the NCAA calendar and is described as a recruiting and development engine for top talent.

FC Premier Youth Soccer was founded in 1997 as Cypress Futbol Club and serves more than 1,000 players across more than 80 teams. Its player pathway includes a Youth Academy for ages 4–12, competitive teams for ages 8–19, a college pathway, and professional opportunities. Alumni include Alex Morgan of the U.S. Women’s National Team and Kevin Venegas, who competed at the professional level. The club emphasizes three pillars of Tradition, Foundation, and Future, and states core values of Discipline, Servant Leadership, Positive Relentless Energy, Growth Mindset, Excellence, and Integrity.
The mission of FC Premier Youth Soccer is to provide a platform where players can learn, grow, and achieve their full potential in fun and challenging environments through soccer, and to use soccer as a tool to help individuals grow and become contributors to society. The club describes itself as more than a club and as a family, built on a foundation of character, commitment, and community. Cypress Futbol Club is a proud supporter of FC Premier, and FC Premier is described as a community-focused team with a winning culture.
The leadership team includes Executive Director Dave Sabet; Club Director, LA Region & EA2 Director Pete Marquis; OC Director Paul Kirby; Finance Director Carolyn Kilpatrick; General Manager Paola Aragon; Director of Registration Risha Johnson; OC Director of Soccer Operations Paul Rosales; OC Coaching and Player Development lead Vitor Gameiro; Girls Elite Program Director Gus Avila; Girls Elite Coordinator Theresa Avila; Fullerton Director George Maisterra; LA Social Media lead Johnny Navarrette; and OC Social Media lead Bailey Harris. The program is staffed by licensed, experienced, and dedicated technical staff and coaches.
