Early Childhood Learning Center offers Stepping Stones, Learning Link, General Education Preschool, Blended Preschool Classroom, and Extensive Support Needs-AUT. The program schedules listed for 2026-2027 include Stepping Stones on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. or 11:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., Learning Link on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m., and the other three offerings Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. or 11:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

About the provider

Early Childhood Learning Center was established in 2002. Its mission statement says that ECLC serves IUSD preschoolers and their families through a seamless continuum of inclusive programming to meet the needs of all learners. The homepage states, "California QRIS Program Only Preschool in CA with PTA PBIS: CUBS Care!" Leadership includes Erin Ferguson, Principal; Diana Bisoffi, Admin Assistant to the Principal; Martha Kelly, Assistant Principal; and Jen O'Donnell, Assistant Principal. The site also references PTA News, Parent Education Newsletter, ParentSquare, Parent Portal, Get Involved with Our School Community, and community resources and referrals.

Documents needed for enrollment include online web enrollment forms, immunization record, verification of student age, residency affidavit, and preschool enrollment packet. The site also notes data confirmation each year and that families may be asked to provide demographic information for fee-based enrichment classes funded by the Children and Families Commission of Orange County.
