Irvine School of Music

Irvine School of Music offers Music Fun Time classes for preschool children, with movement, listening, and singing. It also offers piano lessons in classical, jazz, and pop styles, voice lessons with a personal lesson plan, violin lessons starting as young as age 4, drum lessons on drum kits in the studios, guitar lessons, Children's Choir for ages 5 and above, Preschool Piano and Music classes for children ages 3 to 5, Guitar Group Lessons for junior ages 8-12 and senior ages 13+, and duo classes in piano, pre-piano, violin, guitar, voice, saxophone, flute, or clarinet.

Programs

• Music Fun Time classes — Preschool · Teach the basics of music in a fun, age-appropriate way with lots of movement, listening, and singing.
• Piano lessons — All ages · Offered in every style from classical to jazz and pop.
• Voice lessons — Any age · Instructors work with each student and parent on a personal level to craft a lesson plan that fits the student's individual needs and favorite type of music.
• Violin lessons — Starts as young as age 4 · Teachers have university or college degrees in their instrument and many perform regularly with local orchestras or bands.
• Drum lessons — Taught on drum kits in the studios; students can start practicing at home on practice pads before purchasing or renting a drum kit.
• Guitar lessons — Teachers perform in bands and have college or university music degrees. Students can play in classical ensemble, rock, jazz, pop band.
• Children's Choir — Ages 5 and above · Provides a strong vocal and musical foundation and helps students build essential teamwork and social skills.
• Preschool Piano and Music classes — Children ages 3 to 5 · Includes percussive instruments, stories, pictures, animals personifying musical concepts, games, and a transition into piano through an early childhood piano curriculum.
• Guitar – Group Lessons — Junior ages 8-12; Senior ages 13+
• Duo Classes in Piano, Pre-Piano, Violin, Guitar, Voice, Saxophone, Flute, or Clarinet — 3 year old students mentioned; create your own class · An alternative to private lessons and especially beneficial for students who do well with peer interaction and the class motivation of a group setting.

Irvine School of Music was founded in 2004 and has taught music in Orange County, CA since 2004. Its mission is: "We empower musical voices.
