My City Allstars states that it introduces campers to a broad range of sports and activities, teaches children the value of cooperative team sports and sportsmanship, and encourages individual excellence in an atmosphere of healthy competition. The program notes that expert staff modify activities to enhance the individual skill level of both novice and experienced campers and that it offers a “buffet” of activities that may otherwise be cost prohibitive for parents. Special activities are included throughout camp to add variety and lasting memories.

Spartan Allstars Baseball Camp is led with LCHS Baseball Coach Bernstein, and Spartan Allstars Futsal Camp is led with LCHS Soccer Coach Bruno Costa. Spartan Allstars also hosts Tom Hofman’s Spartan Basketball Camp, which has been running for over 40 years. The program offers an optional lunch purchase, with a meat and vegetarian option each day and some days with gluten-free meals, and Spartan Allstars facilitates this optional lunch program for campers and families.

Junior Counselors (JCs) in grades 8–9 play a stated vital role at My City Allstars Sports Day Camp. The JC program is described as giving early teens the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain work experience, and reinforce sports skills by teaching them to others. JCs gain volunteer hours and receive two JC shirts as part of tuition, which must be worn daily. The program also states, “Our Program, Our Community. Grow with My City Allstars through the years.”
