California Athletic Soccer Club offers Competitive Club Teams, the MLS NEXT Academy Division, N1 League – National League 1, the SoCal Soccer League, the Technical / Skills Development Program, and a Goalkeeping Program. The club’s activities include playing against local, regional, and national opposition, small-sided games, progressive drills, and work on dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and goalkeeping.
Programs
- Competitive Club Teams — 7-18 year olds · Youth soccer players play against local, regional, and national opposition with ability-level formed teams. Led by a licensed Head Coach supported by the Director of Coaching.
- MLS NEXT Academy Division — Built for players who demonstrate advanced technical ability, tactical understanding, physical readiness, and the commitment required to compete in demanding regional environments.
- N1 League – National League 1 — A unified, top-level team-based competition structure that replaces both the National Premier League (NPL) and the USYS National League.
- SoCal Soccer League — 8-18 years old · 11v11: 13-18 years old; 9v9: 11-12 years old; 7v7: 8-10 years old · Competitive teams and continuing development; progressing understanding of CASC’s style of play, game-model, and age-appropriate development focus.
- Technical / Skills Development Program — Younger athletes · High-energy sessions focused on dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control through progressive drills, fun challenges, and small-sided games.
- Goalkeeping Program — Dedicated pathway designed to develop goalkeepers for elite competition.
