About
Buffalo Taekwondo offers Taekwondo classes that include unarmed combat for self defense. The program follows a temporary class schedule and notes that classes are currently running.
• Schedule: Classes are running on a temporary schedule and the program is closed on Wednesdays.
Since 1994, Buffalo Taekwondo has shared the message that Taekwondo is for health, self defense, and mental discipline that requires constant practice. The program lists several stated benefits of practicing Taekwondo, including improving health, flexibility, energy, strength, digestion, sleep, focus, concentration, physical and mental strength, endurance, coordination, reducing upper body tension, promoting weight loss, and increasing self confidence. Street shoes are not allowed in the studio, and students are required to wear clean Do-boks (uniforms) at all times. The program states that participants work out at their own risk, and that the instructor will take precautions to prevent injury, but if injury occurs, the participant is responsible.
