Lamorinda Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing

Lamorinda Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing offers Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Muay Thai, Kids Kickboxing, and Kids Wrestling, along with Teen & Adult Muay Thai, Teen & Adult Kickboxing, Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No Gi Jiu Jitsu, Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Women’s Self-Defense, and Co-Ed Self-Defense. The program includes Kids Wrestling coaching for children in two groups, ages 4 to 6 and 7 and up, Kids Kickboxing classes for ages 8 and up, and a Teen and Adult Muay Thai program for ages 13 and up.
