Lafayette Academy

Lafayette Academy offers the SAT Class Program for ages 14 to 18, along with Shadow Classes® for high school students, Private Tutoring for K-8 and high school students, College Admissions for high school students, and SAT & ACT Prep for high school students. The SAT Class Program is a 9-Sunday class with two 90-minute private tutoring sessions, two assessments, an official SAT book, a binder of lessons and materials, free workshops, and discounted future tutoring.

About the provider

Lafayette Academy is owned by Mark and Kathy Bressler. Its mission statement says it is committed to the overall success of a son or daughter in school, and its motto is “bringing out the best in everyone.” The program also proactively offers free tutoring and workshops to students who need more help.

Shadow Classes® begin the week of 2026-08-24 and continue through the week of 2026-12-07. They do not meet on Monday, 2026-09-07 or during Thanksgiving Break, 2026-11-23 to 2026-11-27. SAT classes have no prerequisites. Small class sizes are typically 10-12 students. Students may attend another SAT class at no additional cost after completing the initial course.
