Lafayette Academy Tutoring and Test Prep Programs offers tutoring, online tutoring, in-person tutoring, small group tutoring, and one-on-one private tutoring. Lafayette Academy Tutoring and Test Prep Programs has focused on local schools in Lamorinda and Danville since 2004 and has helped over 35,000 K–12 students. The program has introduced tutor leaders for popular subjects who follow that subject at various schools, and these tutor leaders post relevant information and explanations of complex topics in private Slack channels. Tutors share information on Slack about effective methods to teach challenging concepts, and super tutors post insights about specific teachers and upcoming tests.
