Kyne Dance Academy offers tap, hip hop, jazz, ballet, lyrical, Dance Fusion, Dance Mix Combo, and Pre-K & TK Ballet/Tap Combo classes. The program also offers Adult Ballet, Adult Tap, Adult Jazz II, private lessons, and performance experiences such as onstage recitals, in-studio demos, and parade performances.

Established in 1976, Laguna's Kyne Dance Academy is directed by mother and daughter team Pauline and Lisa Kyne. All KDA instructors are skilled in their respective dance disciplines and have many years of teaching experience. Classes are co-ed, available for children, teens, and adults, and are offered from beginning to advanced levels in state-of-the-art dance studios. Ballet classes include barre work with an emphasis on line and placement, along with center and across-the-floor combinations. Tap classes are offered from Pre-K ages through adults. KDA states that dance training improves physical awareness and focus skills, self-discipline, grace, poise, and confidence, and that classes are taught in a nurturing, yet structured, environment. KDA provides quality dance training within the Laguna Beach community and invites families to subscribe for information about classes, performances, and events.
