Painting Workshops & Classes

Painting Workshops & Classes offers painting workshops and painting classes led by LPAPA artists. The program includes a plein air painting workshop and a painting demo, with available recordings of painting workshops and classes. A full listing of workshops and classes offered by LPAPA Members worldwide is available through the LPAPA Calendar.

• Schedule: LPAPA Gallery hours are Thursday through Monday, 11 am to 5 pm, with hours modified to 1 pm to 9 pm for First Thursdays Art Walk each month.

The painting workshops and classes are taught by LPAPA artists in support of nonprofit LPAPA and its education programs. The Laguna Plein Air Painters Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The organization’s mission is stated as “Dedicated to painting the landscape… and inspiring the next generation of plein air painters!” The leadership team includes Executive Director Bonnie Langner, President Toni Kellenberg, Vice President Celeste Gilles, and Director Emeritus Rosemary. The program is connected to the annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational. A quoted testimonial associated with the program is “Oh the places you’ll go!” — Dr. Seuss.
