The camp is run in association with Dana Point Tennis LLC and Nellie Gail Ranch Tennis Club, and is led by DP Tennis Academy Owner and Founder, Rogan Egerton. The program states that it is a fantastic introduction to the sport in a safe and fun learning environment. The camp is described as a 5-star reviewed program, and all players receive a DP Tennis Academy x Nellie Gail Ranch Tennis Club T-shirt at the start of camp, which is optional to wear.

Families can preorder lunch options a few weeks before camp starts, and packed lunches are also welcomed. A snack and drink are provided during a break, and there is an opportunity for campers to purchase ice cream after lunch. This is a drop-off camp with a 10-minute grace period for parents to confirm that kids are settled in, and recommended items to bring include athletic clothing, a tennis racquet (with loaners available if needed), tennis shoes, a water bottle, and sunscreen.
