Desert Christian Gymnastics Center

Desert Christian Gymnastics Center offers gymnastics, cheerleading, beginning recreational gymnastics, and basic gymnastics routines. Children can take part in CheerBears, an elementary cheer team, beginning cheerleading, partner stunts, pyramids, jump techniques, tumbling, music routines, and cheers. The program also offers Mom/Pop & Me classes and hosts birthday parties.

For over 45 years, Desert Christian Schools have committed to partnering with parents. Gymnastics is offered as an enrichment program for Desert Christian students in preschool through high school, and the Desert Christian Gymnastics Center is also open to the community. The center offers gymnastics for every age and ability, from Mom/Pop & Me classes for children as early as walking age through high school age and advanced development. CheerBears is a nationally known Desert Christian program for children from four years of age through 2nd grade, and the elementary cheer team is for students in 3rd–5th grade. Desert Christian Schools offers a variety of programs across four campuses in the Antelope Valley, including this Gymnastics Center. The Gymnastics Center Director is Kathryn Dimmitt, and the School Administrator is Josh DeVore. The mission of Desert Christian Schools is that DCS exists to glorify Jesus Christ in all that we do by educating with excellence the whole student: spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically.
