Sandstorm Gymnastics offers competitive gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, Pre-Team, and specialized tumbling instruction. The program also includes USA Gymnastics Women's Development Program Levels 3–10 and Xcel Bronze through Sapphire, as well as cheerleading training, a Mini & Me Program, and a Tots Gymnastics Program. The facility’s full spring floor is also used for floor rental.

The Mini & Me Program is for children ages 1–3 and their parent or caregiver, and the Tots Gymnastics Program is for children ages 3–5. Recreational gymnastics is organized into Levels 1–3. Spring floor rental is available for cheerleaders, dancers, and martial artists at $10 per hour per person, and the full spring floor is available for cheerleading training and rentals.
The coaching staff are described as experienced and committed to providing safe, high-quality instruction.
