ADVNC Day Camps state that they are fun and instructional camps for players of all ages and abilities, with a goal for campers to maximize their potential and increase their enjoyment of the game. Players are grouped by age and ability, with Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels that include tailored instruction. The Advnc Training System (ATS) is described as a complete training method that focuses on creating the ideal learning environment for aspiring young lacrosse players, using up-tempo practices to increase skill, on-field awareness, decision making, and athleticism, and incorporating aspects of the latest research in development to create resilient athletes. ADVNC also states an expressed responsibility to shape young men of character, and its National Development Program selects top players from all ADVNC teams to compete at prestigious tournaments in America.

ADVNC Lacrosse was founded in 2011 in Northern California by Chris Rotelli. Rotelli serves as Founder & CEO, runs the day-to-day operations of the club, and is an on-field coach at ADVNC, in addition to being the Head Coach at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, CA. Rotelli won the 2003 Tewaaraton Award, led the University of Virginia to a National Championship that same year, was the #1 overall pick in the MLL Draft, and earned ACC Male Athlete of the Year honors in that season. ADVNC is a partner with West Coast Starz (WCS).

Campers are asked to bring specific lacrosse equipment: girls bring a lacrosse stick, certified eye protection, and a mouth guard; boys bring a lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder and arm pads, and a mouth guard. Families are also asked to label all items and pack lunch, snacks, sunscreen, and water, with water available on site and water containers encouraged to reduce unnecessary waste. A swimsuit and towel are also listed as items to bring.
