The program includes teams for elite-level play and focuses on advancing players to their desired level of performance and achievement at the high school, youth national team, college, or professional levels. It also offers Kinder FC in winter and spring, a Spring Academy, and a Summer Academy that all center on soccer.

• Ages: 4–14 years old

Marin FC offers Kinder FC in the winter and spring for 4–7 year olds, a Spring Academy for 9–14 year olds, and a Summer Academy for 8–12 year olds. The program states that its training environment promotes short range goals in conjunction with a long range player development pathway and that it offers a complete set of tools and support mechanisms in pursuit of those goals. Marin FC describes its sidelines as places of club camaraderie where families build bonds while players build character each weekend.

The club’s mission statement says that Marin FC develops players to reach their highest potential by promoting integrity, responsibility, and commitment while using soccer to build character and teach life lessons. Marin FC reports that its coaches represent the highest levels of licensure. The club states that it maintains a reputation of excellence and high standards that is recognized at a national level by the U.S. Soccer Federation, and that its culture is rooted in Marin County among spirited soccer lovers and their families.

The leadership and operations group includes Ben Swann (Assistant Director of Operations), Brandon Murphy (Age Group Director), Chris Flanagan (Age Group Director), Elizabeth Snearly (Assistant Technical Director, Youngers), Ivan Bandov (Age Group Director), Josh Kalkstein (Technical Director of Soccer Operations), Michael Boswell (Goalkeeping Director), Phil Billeci-Gard (ECNL Director of Coaching & Player Development, Boys), Shane Kennedy (Technical Director of Goalkeeping), Tom Ryan (Age Group Director), and Tyler Gottschalk (ECNL Director of Coaching & Player Development, Girls).
