• Ages: 4–18 years old
Marin FC’s training environment promotes short range goals in conjunction with a long range player development pathway. The club’s mission is to develop players to reach their highest potential by promoting integrity, responsibility, and commitment while using soccer to build character and teach life lessons. The club culture is rooted in Marin County and emphasizes true club camaraderie on the sidelines, where families build bonds while players build character each weekend. Marin FC maintains a reputation of excellence and high standards that is recognized at a national level by the U.S. Soccer Federation. The club notes that its coaches represent the highest levels of licensure. Marin FC highlights a leadership and coaching group that includes roles such as Assistant Director of Operations, multiple Age Group Directors, Technical Director of Soccer Operations, ECNL Directors of Coaching & Player Development for boys and girls, and a Technical Director of Goalkeeping, along with a broad staff of named coaches and coordinators. The program also features a new ECNL Regional League structure, expanded access to field space, a club events page, and recordings such as the 25-26 Season Information Session and “An Evening with Former MLS player Jimmy Conrad.” One testimonial describes Surf Cup tournaments in Southern California as especially memorable because the level of play was always high.
