The City of Lathrop Parks and Recreation Department states that it is always looking to Create Active Recreation Experiences. The City of Lathrop also states that it works hard to promote lifelong learning through its contracted classes. Some offerings note multiple class times available for ages 5–17 years, with Tiny Tots for ages 4–7 years and Juniors for ages 8–17 years.
