Empire Gymnastics Center

Empire Gymnastics Center offers boys and girls recreational gymnastics, a boys and girls team program, kinder gymnastics, tumbling classes, floor exercises, trampoline routines, conditioning drills, and gymnastics camps. The program also hosts birthday parties, awards banquets, end of year parties, and special events that can include obstacle courses, games, relay races, bounce houses, foam pit time, trampolines, and creative crafts.

• Schedule: Empire Parties are an hour and a half, and tumbling classes span 55–60 minutes.

Empire Gymnastics Center states that it is founded on the philosophy that student athletes can work hard to achieve their personal best while having fun on their journey, and that it has a family oriented culture where kids of all ages can feel comfortable and excited to challenge themselves to reach their personal goals while developing life skills. Camps at Empire Gymnastics Center include enjoyable exercises, educational gymnastics instruction, thrilling games, dedicated playtime and free time, and creative crafts. Tumbling classes are offered for both girls and boys at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, and these classes are stated to enhance skills in gymnastics and to serve as a valuable asset for athletes in other sports such as dance, karate, cheerleading, and diving.
