Evolution Martial Arts

Evolution Martial Arts offers Tigers for ages 3½–7, Kids Martial Arts for ages 8–12, Teens Martial Arts for ages 13–17, and Adult Martial Arts for ages 18 and up. The Tigers classes are high-energy, age-appropriate classes. Kids Martial Arts, Teens Martial Arts, and Adult Martial Arts each include martial arts training.

Programs

• Tigers — 3½–7 · High-energy, age-appropriate classes that help young children develop coordination, listening skills, confidence, and self-control while having fun.
• Kids Martial Arts — 8–12 · Kids build real martial arts skills while developing focus, discipline, confidence, resilience, and friendships.
• Teens Martial Arts — 13–17 · Teens develop martial arts skills, fitness, confidence, and independence while working toward meaningful goals.
• Adult Martial Arts — 18+ · Build fitness, learn practical martial arts, relieve stress, and try something new; no previous experience required.

Since 1989, Evolution Martial Arts has been helping kids, teens, and adults build confidence, develop discipline, learn real martial arts skills, and discover what they’re capable of. Its mission statement is: “More Than Martial Arts. A Place to Grow.” The school is family-owned and operated, with locations in Rocklin, Lincoln, and San Francisco.
