Learning Care Academy (LCA) Livermore After School Care and Summer Camps

Learning Care Academy (LCA) Livermore After School Care and Summer Camps offers after school care, school pickup, and enrichment programs that include homework help, art, yoga, coding, game design, and curriculum classes. The summer camps include STEAM programs, movies, coding, game design, robotics, 3D printing, AR/VR, art, park visits, yoga, and fun theme parties. Additional activities at the program include VR, AR, XR, 3D printing, field trips, dance, art and craft, public speaking, and playtime with learning, as part of STEAM enrichment programs.

• Ages: 5–13 years old

The program provides after school care and enrichment programs to students in grades TK–8. It uses collaboration and innovation with STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) learning methods and includes activities that grow social-emotional intelligence and develop character. The program includes dedicated homework time and is tailored to different student strengths and areas that need improvements, with strong students getting an extra edge and struggling students having seen a complete turnaround in their grades. The stated mission is that LCA offers the space for children to explore their passions through creative problem-solving, activities, and games. Teachers at the program are described as professionals who are very highly talented and not just high school students or homemakers, and all safety measures are followed each day to keep kids and staff safe. The program is enrolling for the year 2026–2027, has limited spots available, and is serving the Livermore community.
