Livermore Gymnastic Center offers gymnastics and tumbling that include the use of rings, balance beam, rope ladder, trapeze, tumble trak, mini tramp, parallel bars, spring floor, bars, vault, and trampoline. Members use a spring floor, bars, balance beam, vault, rings, tumble trak, and trampoline during classes.

Livermore Gymnastic Center has been a part of the Livermore community since 1995. The program’s mission states that it strives to enrich the lives of its members through gymnastics, believes that gymnastics teaches skills and values useful throughout life, and that all members have a place in the gym regardless of their abilities. The center describes its facility as safe and offering activities for all ages. The staff includes Owner/Head Instructor/Team Coach Amy Avila, Head Instructors Mary Lou Lewis and Kelsey Ensing, and Assistant Instructors Elizabeth, Grace, Josie, Maile, Izzy, Lily, Alison, and Rachel. Amy Avila has competed in gymnastics and acrobatics, has over 25 years of experience teaching recreational and competitive gymnastics, and is USA Gymnastics Certified. Mary Lou Lewis is a former Gymkana competitive member with over 40 years of experience teaching recreational gymnastics. Kelsey Ensing has competed in gymnastics, has 13 years of experience teaching recreational gymnastics, and is USA Gymnastics Certified. The program notes that some staff members are USA Gymnastics Certified. Livermore Gymnastic Center states that everyone is a superstar there and that its knowledgeable and skilled instructors make each class a fun and exciting learning experience. The program also states that its programs offer benefits such as helping children gain a sense of body awareness, strengthening muscles, and improving flexibility, and that its skilled instructors guide children through fun lessons, helping them boost confidence and fitness. It offers competitive team practices as a more intense workout for gymnasts interested in competing, where gymnasts work to develop their USA Gymnastics routines and prepare for levels 1 through 5 competition.
