Livermore Playschool (LPS) offers part-day and full-day programs for children, along with a school age program that includes transportation to and from school for elementary-age children. The program follows a child-first curriculum and provides an environment that promotes age-appropriate social-emotional, physical, and academic experiences for preschool children, as well as a supportive, recreational environment for school age children. Livermore Playschool offers flexible pre-school, day care, and school age schedules that are designed to meet the needs of children and their families.

Livermore Playschool was incorporated in 1953 as a non-profit educational organization. The leadership team includes President Ashley Onadele, Vice President Trevor Diehl, Treasurer Julianna Fujio, Secretary Christine Hoffman, and Maintenance lead Ian Russell. The program states that it strives to form partnerships with all families enrolled at LPS.
