Monthly dues are due on the 1st of each month. Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th of the month prior. If not received by the 15th, you will be billed for next month and then registration will be terminated. If unenrolling in the same month annual dues are due, you are expected to still pay. Annual dues will be required if the player re-joins the team.
