Lompoc Teen Center Programs & Services offers daily enrichment activities, homework assistance, tutoring, and academic support, along with college and career exploration. The program includes daily STEAM activities during the school year, annual special events, excursions to local destinations and major attractions, and various summer programs with daily STEAM activities, excursions, and exclusive access to summer camp experiences such as Camp Firework and the Santa Barbara County Junior Lifeguard program. Teens can also take part in internship opportunities, paid work experiences, the evidence-based Yes I Can-Si Se Puede program, and the Career Pathways Conference with follow-up internships.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Lompoc Teen Center is an after-school program for students in grades 7–12 and includes the Yes I Can-Si Se Puede program with after-school transportation to the Center, nutritional snacks, and an annual $500 post-secondary scholarship fund for students in that program. The Teen Center venue is equipped with computers, Wi-Fi, TVs, streaming services, video game systems, games, a maker space, and a wellness space called the Reset Room that offers basic resources such as clothing, hygiene products, and school supplies, as well as materials and resources to help teens reset. The mission of the Lompoc Teen Center is to provide a safe-space for at-risk teens (7th–12th grade) to achieve academic success and college and career readiness. The program is part of the Lompoc Youth Workforce Pipeline through the Career Pathways Conference and follow-up internships, and it offers a Teen Discount Card with up to a 15% discount at listed Lompoc retailers.
