West Coast Wing Chun – Long Beach offers training in Wing Chun Kung Fu, including Family Wing Chun and a 3-Month Introduction to Wing Chun Bootcamp. Training also includes Chi Sau or Sticky Hands and work with traditional equipment like the Wing Chun Wooden Dummy, Tripodal (Kicking) Dummy, Luk Dim Boon Kwun (6 1/2 Point Long Pole), Baat Cham Do (Eight Cutting Knives), and the Wall Bag.

West Coast Wing Chun – Long Beach is an independently operated school aligned with the WCWC standard and rooted in the Ip Man Wing Chun tradition.
