About
Lightning Youth Field Hockey offers activities in sports and leadership. The program focuses on teaching field hockey skills and game fundamentals in a recreational and supportive environment.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Saturdays – 11:45 AM to 1:45 PM, Sundays – 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM, Fall (Aug-Dec) and Spring (Jan-May)
• Price: $425 per player for U10 and above, $250 per player for U8
• Location: Foothill College Stadium, 1177 W El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087, USA
The program is a non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status and is a member club of the USA Field Hockey Association. It offers a 20% siblings discount and scholarships are available. The leadership team includes Connor, Yad, Sheetal, Jörg, and Dhiraj. Lightning Youth Field Hockey has partnerships with Longstreth Field Hockey and is sponsored by Madras Cafe.
