Camps & Classes offers in-person indoor camps and classes, in-person outdoor camps and classes, and virtual camps and classes. Online registration for Camps & Classes is optimized for Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer is not supported for online registration. Previous registration accounts in Vermont Systems/RecTrac are no longer valid, and a new account in CivicRec is required to register for classes.
• Schedule: In-person indoor, in-person outdoor, and virtual camp and class options are available
• Refunds and transfers: Refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing using the Refund/Transfer Request Form; class refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing up to the day prior to the second session of class, and no class refunds or transfers are granted after that point; camp refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days before the first day of camp, and no camp refunds or transfers are granted within 10 business days of the start of camp; all refunds are charged a $20 administrative fee; money paid in advance for any class or program that is canceled by the City of Los Altos is refunded in full; the City of Los Altos reserves the right to cancel any program or class at any time for any reason at its sole discretion
