APEX for Kids offers Groundwork, where parents play an active role while children crawl, climb, and navigate obstacle courses. It also offers Mobility with group activities, taking turns, following directions, and object control skills, plus Development, Body Awareness, and Skill Building with more complex movements, concentration, endurance, and teamwork.
Programs
- Groundwork — Crawling to 18 months · Parents play an active role; children crawl, climb, and navigate obstacle courses.
- Mobility — 19 months to 2.5 years · Parental participation class with group activities, taking turns, following directions, and object control skills.
- Development — 2.5 to 3.5 years old · Parents remain active participants, gradually stepping back as children act independently.
- Body Awareness — 3.5 to 5 years · Children participate independently in the group while parents provide support.
- Skill Building — 5-7 years · Non-competitive team environment focused on more complex movements, concentration, endurance, and teamwork.

About the provider
APEX for Kids opened in August 2015. The leadership team lists Ed Sais as Owner. Its mission states that the program is a dynamic, safe environment for children to learn, explore, and practice basic motor skills, and that it uses games and activities to introduce young children to the proper form of fundamental movement skills while aiming to improve body awareness, balance, agility, and coordination.
Registration and payment are done online. Individuals showing signs of illness will not be admitted. Frequent hand sanitizing will be encouraged for all who enter.
