Alonzo Martial Arts offers the Grown-Up & Me Program for toddlers 2.5 to 3 years old, the Wee Kick Program for preschoolers 3.5 to 6 years old, and the Kids Program for gradeschoolers 6 years old and up. The Kids Program includes age-appropriate classes taught from a Child Development perspective, with Growth Mindset and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was added to the Kids Program in 2024. It also offers the Anti-Bullying Camp for ages 6 to 12+ with daily exercises that include boundary setting, mindfulness, improv, martial arts, meditation, sports and games, dance, science, and arts and crafts.

- Grown-Up & Me Program — Toddlers 2.5-3 years old · Designed to deepen the connection between toddlers' brains and bodies while working on gross motor skills like balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.
- Wee Kick Program — Preschoolers 3.5-6 years old
- Kids Program — Gradeschoolers 6 years old and up · Age-appropriate classes taught from a Child Development perspective, emphasizing Growth Mindset and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — Added to the Kids Program in 2024.
- Anti-Bullying Camp — 6 to 12+ year olds · Immersive program with daily exercises including boundary setting, mindfulness, improv, martial arts, meditation, sports and games, dance, science, arts and crafts, and more.

About the provider
The Kids Program has been part of Alonzo Martial Arts since 1991. The mission of the Kids Program is to encourage and motivate kids through martial arts from a Child Development perspective, with tools for social skills, communication skills, mindful self awareness, kindness and empathy, and self-regulation skills. The Community Outreach Program has empowered thousands of kids through martial arts on campuses at local schools and preschools since 1995, and IMPACT Personal Safety is now in its 40th year.
- Adult Program — Focuses the mind, challenges the body and nourishes the spirit through martial arts training.
Classes are age appropriate and taught from a Child Development perspective. The goal of all classes is character development forged through adversity in a safe nurturing environment.
