Beverly Hills Little League is a volunteer-based baseball program led by a Board of Directors. The league uses the ball field as a classroom to instill discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, and it emphasizes that unsportsmanlike conduct or disrespect by any participant may result in disciplinary activity. Safety for players is the league’s number one priority, and all necessary documents and forms are provided online.

Beverly Hills Little League’s mission is to provide a wholesome, healthy activity for children using the ball field as a classroom to instill discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, and to establish a set of values to guide them into adulthood and responsible citizenship. The league is geared to provide healthful activity and training under good leadership in an atmosphere of wholesome community participation. Beverly Hills Little League is a chartered local league governed by the rules and regulations of Little League Baseball, is a member of the Little League West Region, and abides by Little League Baseball and Softball rules and regulations. It is a non-profit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.
The program is led by a Board of Directors that meets once a month, with each officer holding specific responsibilities for league operations. The leadership team includes Gregory Morales (President); Lenny Dunn (Past President); Raul Perez (Vice President, Registrar, Past President); Jason Tonley (Secretary, Scheduling, Past President); Jay Herzog (Director, Baseball – Seniors & Juniors); Edan Goldenberg (Director, Baseball – T-Ball); Ken Steffanelli (Director, Baseball – Fall Ball); Peter Gabayan (Co-Director, Fall Ball); Russell Haber (Director, Baseball – Minors); Brian Gross (Director, Baseball – Rookies); Erik Lundback (Co-Director, Baseball – Majors); Dena Karsenty (Website & Social Media, Co-Director, Baseball – Majors); Conor Hanney (Director, Challengers Division); Curtis Rost (Treasurer); Avi Gereboff (Director, Safety); David Bronte (Director, Umpires); Louie Noguera (Director, Clinics, Special Ops & Ratings); and Troy Amidon (Director, Equipment).
