Eagle Rock Jiu Jitsu Academy offers kids jiu jitsu classes, beginner jiu jitsu classes for kids, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The program also offers self defense classes and a focus on safety in kids and beginner classes. Beginner adult classes, adult jiu jitsu, and a self defense class are also available.

• Schedule: Class options Monday–Saturday, with afternoon and evening classes on weekdays and morning to early afternoon classes on Saturdays
Eagle Rock Jiu Jitsu Academy offers a first class for free as a trial class, and loaner uniforms are available for that trial. The academy specializes in beginner jiu jitsu classes for adults and kids and welcomes beginners and all levels of experience in a friendly, welcoming environment for total beginners. For a first class, students are asked to wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts or leggings without zippers or buttons, and the academy then helps students get a proper jiu jitsu gi. Comfortable, high quality rash guards and gis are available for purchase at the academy, and family or sibling discounts are offered. The academy states that it is more than just a jiu jitsu academy and describes itself as a community whose students are united by a love for jiu jitsu and a commitment to self-improvement. Classes are taught by experienced, world class instructors.
