FR3RUNNING Society in Los Angeles specializes in Parkour, Martial Arts, and Stunt Training for kids and teens and uses adaptable equipment to provide professional, safe, and engaging classes that inspire young people to stay active, build skills, and connect with a supportive community while exploring movement and creativity. The program offers action-packed day camps for kids ages 5–13 focused on parkour, martial arts, ninja warrior, tumbling, and creative physical play, along with programs for all ages from crawling babies to teenagers, and Flex One and Flex Two invite-only advanced programs that serve as a bridge to competitive teams.
The facility is led by Coach Mayo, a seasoned professional in stunts and directing, with a leadership and coaching team that includes Mark Ramsey (Operations Manager), Mayo (General Manager), Lani (Member Services), Keith (Team Coach), Dax (Lead Coach & Jedi Master), Steven (Coach), and Ben (Coach). All employees must have current CPR and AED certifications, and all staff members are screened through the DOJ and FBI. FR3RUNNING Society is described as a community where kids come to have fun, make friends, and learn new skills.
Parents are asked to pack a change of clothes for children under 5 years old, along with a snack, lunch, and a water bottle, and FR3RUNNING Society is a glass-free environment. Campers are instructed to wear nonrestrictive athletic clothing and sneakers, and to bring an extra pair of clothes if needed. The program uses a Portable Training Package to create a professional, safe, and creative atmosphere in an ever-changing space, and offers classes tailored for kids and teens from beginner to advanced levels, as well as Parkour Parties for celebrations.
Parent reviews describe FR3RUNNING Society as a great place for kids to burn off energy, with great facility and wonderful staff, and mention amazing coaches and fantastic camps for kids. Testimonials note that kids have a great time, learn agility and parkour, and learn about character and discipline, and that some children look forward to their weekly classes and have attended for months or years. Parents also report improvements in confidence, balance, teamwork, and listening skills, and describe positive experiences with birthday parties held at the facility.
