Leaps n Boundz

Leaps n Boundz offers therapy, recreation, and social programs that include Adult Tailored Services, Behavior Therapy, Gymnastics, Swimming, and Social Skills activities. The program uses play and movement in therapeutic and fun environments that incorporate coordination, body awareness, strength, endurance, and focus. Every participant has an individualized program with specific goals and objectives that address his or her needs through a blend of sensory movement, exercise, and athletics.

Leaps n Boundz has been in business for 15 years since 2007 and has 50+ professional staff and 400 active weekly participants across 6 locations. Its mission states that the programs aim to promote strength and growth in all aspects of life, improve quality of life through individualized goals, and increase independence in safe and supportive environments that offer unique experiences and creative learning opportunities. The mission also states that this blend of activities allows for improved physical well-being and increased confidence.

A partner organization, The REACHability Foundation, states that it believes every child deserves to have fun and that children with special needs are entitled to and benefit from the same recreational opportunities as all other children.
