The Lincoln Heights Tutorial Program offers after-school homework help and tutoring services, along with youth leadership and development training. The program includes youth groups such as Youth United for Community Action (YUCA), Junior Youth Club (JYC), and the Increase the Peace (IP) youth advocacy committee. Participants also take part in activities connected to the Kite Festival 2025 and a community food pantry.

The Lincoln Heights Tutorial Program (LHTP) is a grassroots non-profit organization with a mission to serve the underserved and overlooked youth of East Los Angeles. It provides after-school homework and tutoring services to over 500 K–8th grade children annually in the East LA communities of Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights, Chinatown, and El Sereno, and offers youth leadership and development training to over 600 teenagers each year. The Lincoln Heights Tutorial Program is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and focuses on making a local and significant community impact.
